Provide Equity. Our commercial real estate development services are built upon a foundation of creating added-value for our clients.

Re-developing through litigation. We possess sophisticated real estate litigation experience. When clients are prevented from completing real estate development projects, our team of litigation partners and experts fight to recover, and ultimately reconstruct the property and our clients reputation.

Capital Procurement. UP Development's financial management resources, including CPAs in our Tennessee corporate office, are available to meet the needs of our clients. We currently manage over 100 partnership and corporate entities with assets valued in excess of half a billion dollars.

Location Analysis. We are experts in Location analysis for the development of retail centers; this includes, Econometric Analysis of the local retail market and production of forecasts of retail space demand, supply and rents. Analysis of demographic structure and trends in the center's trade area.

Asset | Property Management. UP Development's team currently manages a portfolio of nearly one million square feet of retail property, ranging from single tenant and grocery anchored centers to power centers and regional malls. Our staff has the proven capacity to transition even the most challenging retail properties on short notice.

We currently have built and under construction over half a million square feet of retail in the worst economy since 1957. Credit is nearly impossible to secure. Yet even in these tough times, we are able to see opportunities in re-developing urban areas that were skipped over while retailers chased new growth. We emphasize the re-development and/or expanded use of existing buildings and infrastructure rather than promoting the suburban sprawl promoted heavily in the 90's.
